- Were you able to complete the session as planned (1-10)? 3/10. I had no clue were my fitness would be after being off the bike for nearly 2.5 weeks. And slowly adjusting back to the time zone. Felt good early on which was nice, moved up when I could. Race started pretty tame. Second lap up Hawskville, I pushed way to hard, but felt great, and wanted to see how hard I could go. When I realized I was going to get caught, had a tough time catching back on and eventually got dropped, but luckily one of the race cars got in between me and the peleton and the peleton slowed down enabling to bridge the gap. Next time around I stayed in the pack up Hawskville, but after the roller the pace really picked up into the headwind and I really started falling back, had to work really hard to get back on and then we turned onto Boomer and there was a crash which I was a safe distance behind, but didn't have the legs to sprint up Boomer and get back on. After that I was done and road about a lap and a half by myself. Ow well. Till the next race.
- Was your nutritional strategy adequate? Yeah some dates and a bottle of water
