Upper Rock Creek Loop For The First Time In A While

It'd been more than two months since I'd been on this loop and lots longer than that for Mark.

Another lovely fall day (and the forecast says nada about rain or days cooler than 60° for days and days). Nobody here thinks that's bad. Little breeze from the NE, but not enough to be bothersome.

The trail from 1.5 to about 11.5 is one of the best "flow" trails in the county, 10 miles of cruising along. And the loop could have been bigger except that the stretch around Lake Bernard Frank is closed for construction.

Legs felt great (probably the lack of hard climbs had something to do with that) despite a ride yesterday. Had no trouble keeping up with my companion.
