Sun City to Saguaro National Park East - Vistoso Cyclists Club Ride

A simply outstanding ride with a fantastic group of riders.
I organized this long distance day ride as an addition to the club's normal schedule. 13 members in total participated and everyone seemed to really enjoy this ride. The weather was great (a little chilly at the 0830 start), and the traffic was light within the NP.
We have a lot of strong riders but the group worked very well to moderate the pace based on the everyone's ability. Our team experienced one rear flat on the outbound leg which happened on the path prior to our exit onto Kenyon Drive.
This ride was originally planned for the 9th of December but we had to take a raincheck and reschedule for the 11th's better weather.
Another great day of cycling in Tucson!

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
