Bob is the one mentioned in my Blog from the weekend who biked to Sonoita (60 miles), did the weekend ride and biked back to Tucson on Monday. He leads the Tuesday rides while Wayne rides sweep and they switch on Thursday. He said this would be a relaxed ride because he and some of us had done the weekend ride but some didn't get the message and set a pretty good pace. I felt good at the start but faded as we went on and was exhausted at the end. To early for me after the weekend. In addition when the group was stopping I didn't get my shoes out of the pedal locks fast enough and tipped over (sort of like the guy on laugh-in) knocking the lady next to me over but since we were basically stopped she was fine but I fell on her pedal and bruised my ribs badly. It didn't hurt to pedal but the roads around here can be pretty broken up from the heat and each crack hurt. Don't know when I will ride again but hope to get in one more on saturday. We had lunch at the end and I said goodbye to everyone hoping I would get back here next year for at least a month.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
