Woke up in mountains, started riding with all my clothes on. As soon as I crossed to the other side weather changed drastically. Hot and humid. By the end of the day I was sweating buckets. Today I got taste of offroad riding and crossing many rivers by foot. At one of them, Rio Paquita, I had to take panniers first and then carry the bike over. I did have misfortune to pick wrong road on the other side which took me up the crazy hills just to end up on private property. If you look on my ride profile, spot that I visited before official crossing is the best place to cross. River is too deep and access is bad at official crossing. Trust me, it will save you a lot of time and strength.
At the end everything worked out, I managed to find place to sleep just before got dark.
