Finally a decent spring day for riding. If I would have gone out when I was planning to I could have missed the wind. Mr. Wind was waiting for me but he was easy on me with only a 10 mph head wind. It was a nice break, my legs were a little flat from yesterday's ride. My first 20 miles was at 18.8 mph, I then picked up the pace some and gradually got it up, with a few missed turns that hurt my average speed, the a bad stretch of road that was filled with pot holes, bumps, patches and what have you that slowed me down to 17 mph for about 2+ miles then back to great roads. I was able to make up some speed but my legs were not happy. I saw I might be able to get my average speed up to 20 mph. I hit 20 mph average just before getting home but when I stop the timer it dropped down to 19.9 . Well this was my fastest solo ride this year.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
