Flèche with Hector and Doug.
I was missing data from three segments of the 24 hour ride when my Garmin was not recording. I've spliced in the missing data from Doug's data to provide a complete file.
The following is the ride description from my original upload from my Garmin:
Upload of my ride of the PCH Rando's 2015 Flèche event with Hector and Doug. There are at least 2 gaps in the data when my Garmin was not recording (at mi. 107.2, upon leaving the Yorba Linda control [9.1 miles; + 193 / - 361 ft; 00:33:26 moving]; and at mile 148.0 [also, a short distance near the World Trade Center in Long Beach]).
This was Hector's route. We rode at a relaxed pace, except for the segment from the ? control to the Long Beach control, when I pulled at a faster pace; I wanted to bank some time for a meal stop in Long Beach, and to get there before having to change to night lenses on my glasses, etc. Turns out, we only had about 20 minutes to stop at the penultimate control in Simi Valley, so it is just as well I cancelled my room reservation there! No time for shut-eye on this ride, mostly due to the pace, and the time taken with a couple of flats and a problem Hector had with his front derailleur leaving him in the small chain ring; also, we took an unscheduled stop in Burbank for donuts as Hector had a mild bonk. I did keep the group at the Long Beach stop longer than they might have liked, but I was recharging my gadgets and wanted a longer meal stop to digest some, and to rest my feet (only mild hot foot, but still...). The route was good, although the heavy reliance on bike paths seems to give the Garmin problems in navigating; the custom cue entries would pop-up, but the navigation cues were off otherwise, as though the settings were insisting on keeping to roads, even though re-routing and "stay on roads" settings were both turned off.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
