Today was a shocker, My first solo ride was freezing cold this morning 32* and I was way under dress light weight gloves, no jacket and base layer leg warmers thinking it was going to be 44+; I froze like a popsicle. My second ride was with Jamie it warmed up to 40* which was much easier to deal with. Both rides were a good warm up for the group ride. I was hoping to get a little more mileage before the group but it didn't happen. Oh did I say Mr. Wind was out there doing his thing again pushing 17.8 mph. My legs were a little flat from yesterday and Wednesday but I felt strong. I had a major let down too my power meter had been reading really high which got my hopes all up just be knocked down. Mr. Wind could do it the power meter did. With the new settings I believe it is now reading a little low but that is ok. When I get it up to what I want it will just make me stronger. I still felt stronger regardless which is what matters. One week before my next race and training is going well!

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
