I was still feeling the hills from the other day but other than that I didn't feel bad. The first 11 miles was into a head wind then the next 15 miles I had a nice tailwind. I turned to go up Rte 539 thinking the wind would be blocked by the hills and trees, no way Mr. Wind was waiting with a huge grin at 12-15 mph. I went straight up into zone 3. It was zone 3 for the rest of the ride as Mr. Wind tried to kick my butt and was doing a good job at it. Thinking I would have it easy the last 10 miles, that wasn't to be true, Mr. Wind had much more for me all the way home at a steady 15 mph. I thought I was being smart doing the route in reverse. I did get weak in a few spots but I didn't give up...

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
