-- While riding into Gates Mills Village, 3 of 4 cars passed me while I got up to speed (25 mph, sl. downhill), then the white car in the photo, like a goat in a herd, slowly passed me, and she had the impertinence to slowly edge over into a area the size of a parking space, almost like I wasn't there. Then I kept up with them for nearly 1/2 mile.
-- Bigby Coffee is open, replacing Dewey's Coffee House on one of our favorite routes.
-- When I pulled onto the all purpose trail at the north end of MLK Blvd, a dude was walking, wearing headphones, down the middle so I could not pass. I said "On your left" several times, thinking he could not hear me. Suddenly he started talking (I couldn't understand a word he said) and he extended his arms, forming a T, blocking the trail. I guess he wanted me to social distance. No way he was gonna be courteous and let me by. I soon passed him, however, as he continued talking gibberish.
-- Finally, to make sure no one played basketball at a local park, the hoops were removed. I get it, but it struck me as another sad summer memory
PS it was one of those days my legs felt heavy for the first 20 miles, then I felt great from there on. For example I averaged 20+mph for 5 miles on (flat) Lakeshore.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
