上個星期日,飛龍隊長熱衰竭,這個星期日,天氣預測仍然酷熱,隊長被夫人禁騎。我說:天氣酷熱,踩些容易點的路線吧。我們這群組是越野群組,但係這次路線討論過程中,最後竟然出了個『大冷』的提議;不衝山越野,不踩土路,踩馬路。
什麼是『大冷』?大冷其實是大 round,就是踩一個大圈的意思。變成廣洲話發音,再加上轉音,應該讀音是織毛衣的毛『冷』,或英文發音近似 noun。
『大冷』一般來說,是環九龍、新界,踩不少於 100Km 的一圈。『大冷』其實有傳統路線的,但係我們都不清楚,總之這次只是決定了起點,路線如何走法,現場再議;我們大部份車友住大埔,所以起點定在大埔。路線方面,則是完成一段後,大家再提出意見。
今天我們共八人,但係在踩到青龍頭時,輝哥因為家庭事務,提早回家。到荃灣西站時,Ben 嫂嫂說大耐沒踩長途,選擇搭車回去,Ben 哥當然和太太一齊退出。到貨櫃碼頭南路和興華街西交界位,勝哥和 Wing 抽筋,決定騎到南昌站搭車回去。最後剩下油王父子和我,共三人繼續騎行,最終我們都騎回到起點,結束行程。
其實我也有有兩次半抽筋的,第一次從美孚騎上斜坡公園時,第二次則在落到大圍時抽筋;最後半次在林村河岸,離終點不遠,欲抽未抽,所以算是半次。幾次抽筋的位置,都是右大腿內側,膝部對上那個位置。

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
