Wow. Went to check out new trails at the top that head toward wisp and to ride the awesome downhill run we've done years ago. Well, the new stuff was shedish, with less recovery stuff in between. Ugh. My ankle hurt (another story) so I was a little cautious and walked more than usual. Rode the gravel to the top, then red, green, beige and red back to the starting point at the top, then down the red new downhill. The downhill was completely new and rerouted and also rocky with a number of steep ups. Before it was pretty smooth and curvy all the way down except for the very top. Oh well. Another new downhill route (grey) is open now, but we were too exhausted to climb ups again. Tough ride, but good experience with Mike on his new ride. From the map, not much progress toward wisp has happened yet. w/Nick, Mike
