Trolley Trail Loop

After work ride and workout down the Rock Creek stream valley and then back on the Bethesda Trolley Trail to Rockville. Wasn’t sure there would be a ride with cloudy skies and vague talk of rain. But it turned out to be just humid and not hot.

Inexplicably went super fast on one section of Beach Drive and then paid for it on the Cedar Lane Hill. Well maybe it was explicable. Chased and blew past a couple of younger riders. At least I’m saying they were younger. Still got some testosterone apparently. w/Dan

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
