Reddish Knob GRAVEL

We nicked the route from RWGPS but the original route was done counterclockwise. We reversed it so we climb up on gravel and descend on pavement. It was a brilliant choice given the conditions of FR 95 and FR85. Anybody familiar with the area knows that these roads get very little maintenance and even a little bit of rain digs them out and makes them very hard to descend on . The gravel roads mentioned above, and I use the term 'gravel' loosely are very rocky and unless you are with a bike with at least front suspension you will be on the brakes loading the front end for the entire 20 mile descend. Otherwise this is a fantastic route with great vistas, hard climbs, and thrilling descends.
