(Recalling) Went riding with Roger on this day. Weather was perfect. My stomache was aching when I left the house. I had a feeling that if I set a slightly higher than normal tempo, that my stomach ache would go away. I was right! Well, no surprise, I've done it before. about half way into the ride, my stomach ache was gone. Other than that, I felt pretty good, we did a brisk tempo on the way back. Still felt an imbalance in my legs, I'm trying to determine a remedy. Bike is working great, except I dropped my chain twice, but recovered just as quick. Roger's bike is working well. He now has index shifting (I think that's what it's called) for the first time. Oh, he had a flat when I checked the bike in our garrage, not sure how the tire deflated, as the innertube had no holes. Will have to keep an eye on that. I'm debating what shorts I should buy soon. Perhaps in April.
