Au cours de cette sortie : fraicheur du matin pendant 1 h puis excellente température mais avec des descentes fraiches - pouur aller chercher le col du JOLY je passe par le col de la FORCLAZ puis les hauteurs de QUEIGE afin d'arriver à VILLARD sur DORON et éviter la route du bas. A la sortie de BEAUFORT commence l'ascension du col du JOLY : une 1ère partie avec quelques secteurs avec du % et ce 10 km puis à l'usine EDF l'ascension est de 10 km avec du 8%. Le retour se fait par HAUTELUCE et l'ascension sur 8 km du col des SAISIES. descente sur FLUMET puis ascension du col des ZRAVIS sur 12 km et après une descente de 4,5 km aux PRAIRES fin de l'ascension du col de CROIX-FRY. Descente sur THONES puis direction par la vallée de THONES jusqu'à ALEX et ascension du col de BLUFFY par BARBANCHON. Traversée de VEYRIER du LAC et ANNECy avec prudence jusqu'à SERIER car la piste cyclable est épouventable. A SEVRIER ascension du col de LESCHAUX 12 km. Au sommet retour par ST EUSTACHE et la cote du CRUET et PUGET.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
