Met up with Montana Harkin to give him the dropper post from my Evergreen MTB donation raffle, and ride Olallie at dusk with him. He lives in Magnolia; we should do some more rides together. Rode up with him to the viewpoint, and encountered about a dozen people coming down as we went up: that may be the most people I’ve ever seen on an Olallie ride, especially in the dark. I descended with Montana to the big rock berm befor the “last section” of the trail, and then rode back up to the clearing, before descending myself. Several big mushrooms, one field of tiny ones, and quite a few toads on the trail, plus a family of four deer just as I got to the car. Did a bunch of Anna’s stretches when I got to the car, under a nice Milky Way.
