Lancaster Hills with George and Julie

This is the ride in reverse that I did with David about a month ago. George and Julie really enjoyed it, more right turns than left turns, although the left turn onto Route 117 and then 85 is a little hairy. Beautiful warm day, I was slightly overdressed, but wanted to wear tights to keep my right calf warm since I had been stung by a bee two days before and it was slightly swollen. My left hamstring still feeling it. Couldn't keep up with George and Julie on the hills, especially Still River road so they were waiting for me at the top of Prospect Hill. Still had a solid effort, didn't break 15 mph, but this was a very hilly ride.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
