Light Fall attire in effect. First five miles of Route was to give love to recovering cyclist, Darrell Myers.
Then it was on with the route. Hills and rolling hills was the regimen today, most of the group stayed together until the second Rest Stop. Some riders went on ahead prior to others leaving. At this point, it got wonky, RWGPS didn’t alert for any turns. I ended up in Prince William County VA before turning back to Clifton.
Caught up with Rodney on my return who had picked up three riders. I declined and continued back to Route 123, Phil left Rodney and joined me.
After getting back to Rte 123, I alerted Rodney that we were back on Route. He rondezvous with us dropping other riders to join us.
We made it back to start, some a little under and some a little over the route mileage.
Looking back I’m content that I gutted it out, enjoyed the company I was with. Disappointed that I missed my personal targets but confident that they are reachable. Loving the fellowship of Riders.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
