I biked to Santa Teresa and back... I got some pictures of Halloween decorations and lighting. There was a lot more out there than I got pictures of. An odd thing on this ride was harassment from two drivers. Usually those incidents are months apart. Now it was twice in one ride. The first one was around 11pm on Santa Teresa Blvd, someone in the right lane leaned on their horn trying to startle me. I leaned on my bike's electronic horn. They obviously couldn't hear it. But they probably noticed when I started catching up with them at the next two red lights, a right and then a left. Then I lost them in the neighborhood but I think that was good enough to get a point across. Then around 11:30pm on Narvaez Ave just north of Capitol Expwy a passenger of a car yelled out the window at the top of his voice trying (and again failing) to startle me. I'm pretty sure they did hear my electronic horn. I saw they turned into the trailer park at the end of Narvaez but didn't try to pursue them. I continued on the Hwy 87 Bikeway over Communications Hill from there.
