Après la petite sortie du matin comme demain la météo n'est pas très bonne je pars pour une sortie détente sur le sentier de CRETE depuis SEVRIER/LA PLANCHE. Sur 4 km c'est plat puis j'arrive en bas de la PLANCHE l'ascension commence. Une fois la route du col de LESCHAUX traversée je suis dans une pente assez raide : BARBENOIRE sentier pas facile en lacets et glissant sur quelques passages et l'eau ruisselle. Je double un père de famille avec ses 2 enfants < 10 ans qui ont hate d'être au sommet (reste 250m). Me voici sur le sentier de CRETE je file en direction de la CROIX de CESSENAZ puis les GARDES. Je passe quelques secteurs rendus glissants par la fonte de la neige et la pluie de la veille. Au sentier des GARDES c'est de la descente jusqu'au parking CHARVIN. Je descends avec prudence car le terrain est bien humide et glissant. Sur la fin j'ai les pieds dans l'eau sur 250m. Dans la foret la luminuosité commence à diminuer. J'arrive au parking CHARVIN la descente continue jusqu'à EPAGNY je passe par la cote puis les MARTERAYS. Je termine tranquille.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
