The temps drop 10 degrees in 30 minutes before I got out and I didn't know until I was already outside and ready to go. I was slightly under dressed for the temps and freezing wind and Mr. wind was showing his will! I replaced the chain for the last ride but it still was hoping off so for this ride I changed the rear cassette and readjusted the rear derailleur.As I started out the gear shifting was fantastic, the bike felt like it was new until I stood up to drive into the wind and it hopped again! This time it didn't fall off the front, so I am not sure if it hoped in the front or rear. I tried several more times through out the ride and every time it did the same thing. Now it seems to hop when my right leg was pushing, not 100% sure but that's what it felt like. I will check to see if there is play on the crank again as I did a quick check before replacing the cassette. I will again replace the cassette to a 28-11 form the 30-12 which seems too big for the little hills that I am riding... I finally felt good on my ride, pains were very manageable all considering.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
