Windy and sunny about 58F. I mixed it up a bit today. Heron's Head Park, Hunter's Point Power Plant (also a park) and India Basin Park are all connected and I cycled from one to the other via a trail instead of back on the streets as I usually do. I wandered thru some of the industrial streets of Hunter's Point. I cycled around old Candlestick Point, which has changed dramatically...it is "home" to many homeless in their cars and old RVs. I cycled thru Little Hollywood, then Excelsior via Mansell Street and John McLaren Park. I exited that park via Brazil and then biked east on Alemany. I then cycled uphill thru Glen Canyon then more uphill to Twin Peaks. Then down Twin Peaks, thru the Sunset to Golden Gate Park. Then I cycled down Page Street towards downtown to call it a day. Lots of climbing!
