The time-crunched version of Chamberlin is made up of 3x6-minute Strip Sets starting with 1 minute at 130% FTP followed by 2 minutes at 97% FTP and finally 3 minutes at 94% FTP. 2 minutes of recovery separate the intervals.
By briefly overwhelming the more frequently relied upon muscle fibers, this workout places a greater burden on the lesser involved muscles & muscle fibers during the remainder of each interval in an effort to better exploit all available muscular capacity.

Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
