Trolley Trail Plus some ICC Headwinds

Typical May evening ride -- south into the wind in the Rock Creek stream valley, then north along the Trolley Trail, through Rockville and then east and south on the ICC paved trail. The wind at the end was particularly strong but head down, keep pedaling and don't think about it.

Felt good even after Monday's shenanigans. Legs were fine; contact points not objecting and legs weren't crampy at the end. Probably could have gone farther but glad I did not. Started from Dan's house as he is again a car short (lost keys saga), but hey, it was in fact my turn to go there.

He's still on his 1x11 because busted left shifter, so climbing was a bit of an adventure for him.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
