Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

It's a great day to get out. In the low 80's. Winds from the North West. It's the first day Peggy and I were able to get out. We decided to head out to Highline and then the Walmart bike path. The legs felt good. No body soreness today. We regrouped at top of the climbs. When I got there first, I would do hundred yard laps. Just trying to keep the HR up. The ride went well. The body felt good. The morale was high and the miles went fast. Concentration was good. I had enough to occupy my concentration. It was just about keeping focused on the road ahead, traffic and all. Nutrition was good. I had all my Gatorade and some water. Balance and form was good. Gear worked great. Ailments were next to none. Other notes, I saw about 5 cyclists today. Peggy did well on the mountain bike. No issues there. Now to think about what is next. It's predicted to get into the 90's on Monday's ride.
