Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today's weather was cool, but very comfortable, in the low 60's, winds from the north-west. I wore arms, and 1 base layer. I felt good from the get-go. I made it to the top of the descent in good average time. The wind was much stronger today. I cruised the downhill, perhaps a bit higher tempo than usual. After reaching the base, I did the usual U-ee. There was a female cyclist on her way up the climb just as I reached the base. I passed her fairly quickly. She seemed to be in good shape. I did the climb in good tempo, even high tempo on some parts. My legs felt good on the climb. I was doing the out of the saddle to keep the momentum going routine. Pretty much the whole way up. My concentration was in the zone for the most part. No gremlins today, thank goodness. Balance and form felt good for the most part. Again, the new saddle position seems to be helping. Ailments here next to none. Just the usual fatigue. The cool air was a welcome part of the ride. It kept my core temperature down and Oxygen rich. Gear is working flawless. I had to fix a flat before starting the ride. I need to determine what the cause was. I have doubts that it was a puncture flat. But if it was, it was a VERY slow leak. It wasn't flat last evening. Other notes, in total, I saw 3 cyclists today. All of which were in good shape. Equal or better.
Other notes: My backside ribs feel much better. I was able to do planks yesterday. First time since the recent spill.
