Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today's weather was excellent for riding. In the mid to low 50's. Winds from the South West. I wore 1 base layer, knees and arms. I felt good from the start. Perhaps a bit heavy in the legs for the first 10 to 15 minutes. I was ready to rock by the time I reached Route 202. The winds were from the East when I reached Highline. I did moderate tempo to WS. No point in putting an extra effort into the wind. As soon as I reached the turn around point, I started with moderate tempo and lifted to Good. My body was responding well, so I decided to make a dig over the top of Highline. It felt good and I had no problems, mashing the pedals. From that point, it was just getting over the last roller and onto home. My concentration was better than the previous ride. I had a few lapses here and there, but I was able to coach my mind into the clear. By the time I reached WS, I was in the zone for the remainder of the ride. There were some drifting gremlins here and there, nothing worth noting. Balance and form felt good. Still a lean on some places. Perhaps exaggerated from the cross winds. Ailments were next to none. The usual soreness due to fatigue. I stretched frequently, that seemed to mitigate escalation. Gear is working perfectly. I was riding blind with respect to my HR, as I have yet to receive the new HR strap. Other notes, I saw 1 other cyclist today.
