Went riding in the afternoon with Roger. The weather is getting warmer, but it's still in the comfortable zone at this time of day. Before the major part of the ride started, I noticed that my front wheel was making a clicking noise. I was able to replicate this noise by pushing on the edge of the tire to the left (right underneath the break caliper). Not sure what to make of it, but will keep my eyes and ears open. We cruised the downhill, as there was no point in rushing into a headwind. We started the climb at a modest pace and we both ended up going at our own pace. I had no serious ailments, but the tip of my hands were tingling a little. Shaking them seemed to help out. I feel better without the shim. More in balance. I'm certain that the strength training that I'm doing is helping in this regard. So, concentration was good, around an 8. balance was good, around an 8. The gopro camera worked flawlessly this time. Will have t see how it does in the next few rides. I tested it the other day by letting it record till complete battery depletion. It didn't skip a beat, but I want to try his experiment a few more times. I'm supposed to get my new pair of shorts soon, so I'll see if I feel better with medium or large size shorts.
