Port Townsend- Cape George - Larry Scott

This route starts and ends at the Larry Scott trailhead at Four Corners. If you ride clockwise, the first 10 miles or so are on back roads. Cape George doesn't have much of a shoulder in places, but it is low-traffic with some peek-a-boo water views. For lowest traffic, choose non-peak hours. It is hilly, so ebike or strong thighs recommended! Once you get into Port Townsend, the town is very biker friendly and has good bike lanes. Wonderful pass on trails through Fort Worden (fine for my gravel bike) and then through downtown Port Townsend where you could grab a meal. The last 7 miles on the return is on the bike-pedestrian-horse Larry Scott trail, which is beautiful.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail).
