Sunday Ride to Hedgerly and Beyond

An Ux. Loiterer ride
Four of us set off from Uxbridge and made our way to Jungs at Gerrards Cross for morning coffee. It looked a little grey as we left Jungs as we made our way to Hedgerly by way of Hedgerly Lane, Andrews Hill Lane and Kiln Lane en route to The White Horse for lunch. Just as we were leaving Tony Hopkins arrived with a large group from his other club, its a small world.
Leaving the White Horse we amble partly on foot up the steep rise towards the One Pin crossroads and on to Burnham Beeches, on to Blackpond Lane, to Farnham Royal. We pedaled past the church and down to Northern road and on through Stoke Green to refreshment stop at Pinewood Nurseries.
The homeward journey was to and through Black Park to Iver Heath and down Chandler's Hill to Uxbridge.
Another fine day's loitering.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
