Been awhile since the pavement bike has been out, so let's do that today. Took a bit to get motivated to even get the gear together, but once I got rolling it was ok. Body felt a little tired at first... from the driving back from NC today? Maybe. Or maybe still residue from that bigger ride on Sunday. But after 35 minutes or so things started clicking and it all felt ... normal. But boy, CANNOT continue to procrastinate and start that late unless the lights are charged and mounted. By the time the ride was finished, the light was pretttttty dim. Fortunately the last 3 miles or so are mostly residential OR bike lanes/sidepaths... Another nice fall evening, with the clouds of the last few days finally dissipating right before I started... gotta enjoy these while we can...
