Ride to Road America

This ride was quite memorable. I rode a bike rented in Madison to see the Road America race track. On the way back I took the Wild Goose Trail through Oakfield, which had been demolished by a tornado the week before I arrived. As I continued back towards Sue & Duane's house the weather became darker with massive black thunderclouds and lightning and hail was falling all around me. I ducked into a barn but when the storm didn't let up I knocked on the farmhouse door and the kind people let me use the phone and call in a ride for the last few miles home.
