劏青蛙
見到車友上個星期徒步劏青蛙,我沒走過這路線,令我也想去行一次,但係路線九成九是車路,水泥小徑或上落梯級,我個人認為不是理想的徒步路線,於是計劃用單車來劏青蛙。
什麼是『劏青蛙』?從高空影像看,香港島的外形就像一隻青蛙,有人稱從西至東或東向西,這路線稱作劏青蛙,至於什麼時候開始有這個名稱,我就沒有去考據了。『劏青蛙』的實際起終點,東是小西灣海濱公園,西是摩星嶺徑;而從西往東的走向,亦是香港越野跑界的一條比賽路線。
走完整條路線,我個人不認為一路從碧珊徑扛車上山頂是難的。倒是從大潭的港島林道,轉入山徑後,因為帶著單車,比較難通過,我認為這段較難;如果沒有單車,這段山徑雖然有點崎嶇,卻不算是難行的路線。

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
