Stone Arch Bridge + Grapevines

This green level route will take you just south of Winfield to the edge of the Flint Hills. At mile nine you'll pass over the historic Badger Creek Stone Arch Bridge. Built in 1909 this bride is one of the best in the county for viewing. As you continue south on 131st Road look to the pasture to the east and you hopefully will catch a view of the llamas that live there!

The beauty of the Flint Hills meets you at the pavement on 212th Road. You'll pass by a local winery and vineyard on this long flowy downhill section. As you turn back onto the gravel to head home keep your eyes up to watch for the bike in the tree and enjoy the gentle ride back into town.

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
