We started at 8:30am today. A little later than yesterday. We went towards Center Line Road to see what the traffic situation was like. It was a bit busy with no shoulder. We decided to instead bike north on the coastal route, and maybe try to go up to on of the plantation ruins. The road to the ruins was steep, and while passing one house there was a fierce dog that we weren't sure couldn't get loose. I had already been chased by another dog, so we went downhill back to the coast road. On the way back we stopped by Polly's and got some breakfast. I then biked on the end of our hotel's road and came to a stunning isolated beach! Not an amazing riding day, but not too bad either. The last beach made it worthwhile. The rental bikes were Giant Escape 2 Disc. Tires were 700 x 38.
