Cevennes, Gorges de la Jont

This route profile is suitable for any type of rider. With the generally climbing nature it can make it a challenging workout. Filmed the day after the popular Gorges du Tarn, this steady ride starts by crossing the river Tarn at Le Rozier and heads up the gorge to the well-known cycling hub of Meyrueis, gaining about 300m along the way. There is just one 2km descent after the initial hill out of the village of Le Rozier. After that, the rest of the ride is actually very mellow with mostly light grades, never really passing 4%.
