Eight riders set out from Uxbridge to elevenses at the San Remo Cafe in Black Park via Chandler’s Hill.
On leaving Black Park Gill, Colin F, and his nephew Shawn returned home while Alec, Jim H, Jim S, Graham, and myself walked around the bottom of the lake to the car park. Leaving the park we continued through Stoke Green and on to join the path between Farnham Royal and Salt Hill in Slough. Crossing the A4 we continued through Chalvey to Cippenham and lunch at The Kings Head. Due to it being Mothers Day we only just found enough room to sit and eat.
After a good lunch we rode past the village green to join a track running alongside the motorway to Wood Lane then over said motorway to join the Jubilee River Trail. WE had a nice quiet ride along the trail, leaving it to ride through Upton Court Park en route to Middle Green then on to Iver Golf Club for tea. On leaving the Golf Club we rode back through Iver Village with the group Dispersing on the way.
