2022-01-25 Windy Point Mt Lemmon

Paul & I left from home for Mt Lemmon on this cool morning when the temps finally reached the high 40s. It was a slightly breezy, sunny day so we decided to push up higher than usual with our goals being Windy Point at nearly 6700 feet elevation. Of course as we got higher the breeze became a little stronger keeping the warmer temperature at bay with the wind chill. I nearly froze on the descent from Windy Point to 4000 foot elevation! We both achieved our goals though.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
