Needed a route > 20 and < 30 and not a ton of climbing. Bada bing. Weather awesome -- mid 60s and sunny -- even with a pretty good South wind. The south-heading legs were, however, mostly downhill, for the win! Enjoyed doing some regular roads (Sugarland) in the "wrong" direction as well as warming up with a 8-mile spin on the towpath. Lots of people out on the towpath; things improved soon as we got a few miles away from Riley's lock and before we got close to Edward's Ferry. After that, all road, so no peds. Coulda gone faster; but was helping some fellow OGs out of winter hibernation and at least one wasn't quiiiite there yet. The rollers at the end got him good. (Been there, done that, hated it, felt bad for him... ) Neck and shoulders have a ways to go but everything else pretty good. Need to remember to stretch IT bands tho ... w/Mark, Dan
