Crossed state line into Florida today ! A long stretch of separate bike trail in Alabama was good. Somehow I side stepped a brief but heavy rain. AND, I lost the (new sea to summit) dry bag of parts and tools somewhere. I noticed it 40 miles into the ride. Ugh. Here is the list: I lost a new (at beginning of ride) sea to summit 12" dry bag, a Trek air fork/shock pump, 5" Vice Grip pliers, small 'jewler's' half-round metal file, bike cable cutters, spare shift and brake cables, spare chain parts (SRAM 870), spare 5mm hex key size bolts(3mm bolts? typical bike bottle cage size) a small chain breaker, a spoke wrench, two new Continental 26×1.5 Presta valve inner tubes, a partial Rock 'n Roll extreme chain lube, a brand new unopened ultra chain lube I just bought back in Mandeville, a partial tube  Park Tool grease, zip ties, and 35' of 1/8" nylon braided rope.  The only benefit is about a 5lb reduction in the bike packaged weight.
