Cimmeron Golf Course Wanderings

Eleven riders today with a NNW wind about 10 mph. Shortly after crossing Meeker my road bike got a flat on the rear. Lots of help from the guys replacing the tube. The owner at the house we were stopped in front offered an air compressor. That done we went about a mile and my odometer seemed to be acting up so we stopped again. Sue put her foot down and missed the curb, she fell over into a mailbox. Got a skinned shin. Cathy had band aids and patched her up. After Cimmeron Golf Course after crossing Bell Rd we were on the sidewalk and Cathy misjudged getting onto the lip of the sidewalk and fell over. Her handlebars were not straight so we stopped at a park to straighten. I took the opportunity to take photos of the group. The only one missing was Roger Boatman, who bailed off before Bell.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
