This rout is about 70 percent gravel and incorporates some of the best sections of gravel riding in the park. Start the ride in the first parking lot on the left as you enter the park. There is a water tap at about mile 14. At the same location as the water tap there is a rustic “toilet”. To access the toilet follow the sign to the campsite. It is .2 miles off the bridal path. At about mile 16.5 the bridal path ends and the route begins to follow pavement. After a long descent the route begins a long, steady climb up Forest Rd 1. There were dogs at about mile 18 but they were contained by an electric fence. Also at about mile 20 there were dogs, but they were chained. Forest Road 1 transitions into Bridal Trail 7. This a a great section of the route. After Bridal Trail 7 the route retraces itself back to the ride start.
