朝ランは、走り出しで1℃。おたふく上下、ウインドブレーカー、RxL手袋を装着。12/23以来、12日ぶりの朝ラン。運動自体、7日ぶりだ。こういう時は、心肺が悲鳴を上げるのが通例だが、今日は脚が早々に音を上げた。疲労が抜けたのを通り越して、完全に劣化してしまったようだ。開き直って、フォームを色々試してみたり。骨盤を前傾させて、腸腰筋で腿を引き上げるように意識するとペースがグンと上がる。それを維持できたら恰好いいだろうな。徐々に体が慣れてきたのか、ラップ毎にペース(GAP)が上昇傾向だった。GCTバランスも良好。1週間のフルレストで相当落ちてしまったが、焦らず、体調を見ながら上げていこう。

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
