走り出しで2℃。防風タイツと迷ったが軽装のテスト。UAインナー+Tシャツ、おたふくレギンス+タンパン、夏ソックス、フェイスカバー、百均手袋。4袋のごみ出しで2往復し、ラップを切ってスタート。真下で着地してストライドを広げるイメージで。必然的に後ろへの脚の振りが大きくなるので、骨盤の回旋も大きくなる感じ。着地の衝撃が大きくなるので膝が怖いし、心肺にも負担がかかる。上り区間では、ピッチ走法に切り替えることが自然にできた気がする。Garmin Connectでラップ毎の値を見たら、イメージ通りになっていた。L1:ごみ出し、L2-4:ラン、L5:CD。L2-4の平均は、04:50.6/km、173spm、1.20m。1 kmが4:27.3、1 miが7:27.3と、自己ベストを更新していた。軽装は問題なし。走った後の汗冷えが少なくてむしろ良い。ソックスはメリノの方が良い。手が冷たかったが、今日の場合、冷えよりも血行の問題だろう。

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
