2週間ぶりのロード練。走り出しで20℃。RaphaのクラシックジャージⅡ、コアビブ。CR流しでLSD。桃ノ木川から下って島村経由で高崎伊勢崎CRへ。島村~五料橋は追い風で気持ち良かった。その先、ゴルフ場脇をダラダラ走っていると後続に追いつかれた。と同時に後輪がモッサリ感じたので左に避けてエアを確認。問題なかったが、何とも気持ち悪いモッサリだった。高崎伊勢崎CRは、健大スタジアム付近の迂回は変わらず。12:50頃に帰宅。80km走ったのはいつ以来だろう。長時間走ること自体、モチベーションが続かない感じだった。こんなんじゃダメだな。歩活が終わったらトレーニング量を減らそう。

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
