Way under dressed, it felt like I was taking an ice bath from the neck down and the wind didn't help at all! Thinking it was warmer out I wore my new Sidi Wired Vented summer shoes, big mistake. Talking about shoes they felt pretty good but needs to be broken in and I think I got the cleats mounted perfectly... which means I need to readjust my other two sets.
I can't believe how bone cold it was on the ride, it took me over 12 miles before I was warmed up enough that it became tolerable. If not for the cold it would have been a very nice ride. I tried to get out earlier but as usual whatever could go wrong get ready for the ride went wrong, but I was determined to get out for my ride after missing the past 3 days because of weather. The only good thing of the freezing weather it kept the normal joint pains in check except for my lower back and saddle pains. I have another busy day tomorrow, hoping to get out much earlier tomorrow otherwise another early night ride.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
