Sicily, Parco della Madonie 3 - Cefalu

The third and final stage of a big three-part epic ride around one of the most scenic parks in Sicily. This ride starts on the southern side of the park in the ancient hilltop town of Polizzi Generosa with a fairly long twisty 15km long descent. Then follows a 5km climb that's fairly easy grade-wise, followed by some lighter hills around the hilltop town of Collesano. After that, there is another descent that takes you all the way down to the coast road where you have the final 10km of flat to very light rolling hills that will finish where stage 1 started just outside the resort town of Cefalu. Enjoy!

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
