6 of us today, Bob, Bill, Stephen, Steve, Aubrey and myself, great ride with some of Bob's new route added in, it seemed that nearly every road we took had either had a road closed signs or road works with traffic lights, we were stopped part way up Green Dene because it was closed so we had to go back to the A246, we went all the way along it to Merrow and went up Tangier Way, at the top we went left and went down Halfpenny Lane which comes out near Chilworth where we pivked up our original route, it seems like they are blitzing areas at the moment, Steve was only riding part of the way so he turned off at Shalford, we ended up taking the valley road from Puttenham village up to Seale which is always pleasant and finally arrived at the cafe where we met Dave, a very nice ride but a little grey with some blue sky thrown in, quite mild though.
