Slow It Down - Just Pedal

Something went wrong with my left hip and should have called it quits at Johnsville. Instead, continued and pedaled mostly with one leg with lots of hike-a-bike in deep rutted chunky AF steep roads. Downhills were slow and jarring on the wrists. Beautiful country though. Took the alt route at Delahunty Lake to cut it short. FR 800 up Sawmill Ridge is definitely for high clearance 4WD and I wasn't feeling it. I could use some luxury gravel...

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
